It was reported that Halloween decorations were destroyed as well as some personal property left on a porch.
This seasonal service supplements the weekly, year-round Yard waste Program provided by the Solid Waste Services Department. To ensure collection, please have leaves prepared by 7AM on December 18.
Their recommendation is a No Trespassing sign on your front door.
If they still come to your door, you can ask them to leave immediately. They can only enforce trespassing if they are still on your property.
RPD did say that they will come out here to have a chat with them if their behavior becomes unruly, but the Officer recommended calling the businesses to file complaints as a community if they are a problem.
